Gee, thanks
Random student walks up to me in the hallway as I am talking to Miss Nigon.
Student: *big wave* Hi!
Me: Um.....hi? (to Renee) I don't know this student.
Student: Aren't you the girl from yesterday? The new girl?
Renee: *loud laughter*
Me: Hahahaha, no. I'm...no. *points to self* Teacher.
Renee: She's my classmate, she's a student teacher.
Student: Oh God. I am so sorry.
According to other teachers, this should be taken as a compliment. Awesome.
My students get me through this
I find myself not having much time for tumbling, but I will do the best I can to summarize what has been going on in the world of Allison.
My CT has always told me that she did not believe in entirely handing a class over to a student teacher because she does not think that it is fair to the students, her, or the student teacher. Instead she believes in team teaching all three separate preps...
